Enjoy 4 Star Luxury Living in our Executive 5 bedroom Villa in Orlando, Florida. Located on the prestigious Somerset, Remington gated community, in Kissimmee, with its own 18 hole golf course, only 15-20 minutes from the major theme parks/attractions and just 15 mins from Orlando International Airport. 2 mins off Highway 192 with lined shops, bars and restaurants.
Our 3431 sqt ft property is very generously proportioned. An average 4/5 Bedroom villa in Orlando is about 2500 sq ft so you can see how spacious our villa is. Three lounges ensure that there is plenty of room for family members to enjoy separate relaxation areas or congregate in one area as they are all very spacious. Our property has been professionally furnished to a very high standard just like the show home. Entertainment is provided by DVD Home Theatre, Hi-Fi, Games Room and Nintendo WII/GameCube game consoles. There is a broadband Internet connection and desktop PC - very useful for checking out the local attractions and restaurants or keeping up with friends and family.
Sleeping accommodation is provided by three en-suite master bedrooms, and two twin rooms. One of the master bedrooms is located on the ground floor and so is suitable for the less abled. All bedrooms tastefully furnished with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a sofa bed in the 3rd open plan lounge on the 1st floor so that the villa can comfortably sleep 12 people in luxury.
There are two dining areas, a large, fully fitted kitchen, and separate laundry room.
A private, south-facing 30 x 15 ft heated screened pool with jacuzzi and sun decks allows you to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida climate. Note the safety rail around the pool perimeter. For your convenience there is a shower room by the pool.
To enable you to enjoy the the ultimate comfort during your stay, our property has dual zone air conditioning and ceiling fans in every lounge and bedroom.
Somerset is part of the Remington Golf Community with it's own 18 hole golf course. Here, all pricing includes the "All You Can" practice, play and eat. The one rate includes unlimited use of the driving range, practice areas,and unlimited golf on the outstanding 18-hole championship layout.
The Osceola Parkway road enables easy access for guests to Disney and other theme parks. The turnpike is just minutes away leads to the space coast and Orlando’s Universal Studios.
The villa is just 2 mins away from Highway 192 which its numerous shops, bars and place to eat. Just 5-10 mins away, you will find popular restaurants such as Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Dennys, Perkins and all the major fast-food chains.
